上田市の若手農家がつくるサンふじりんごで最大限まで果実を配合した、こだわりの「信州上田産りんごバター」です。
糖度と旨みが高いので、砂糖の使用(低糖度30度)は少なめ。旬に収穫されたリンゴだけを使い、生産は冬から春のみの限定生産品。
旬のリンゴをていねいにすりおろし風味を残さず瓶に閉じこめました。

This is a premium “Shinshu Ueda Apple Butter,” made with a generous amount of Sun Fuji apples grown by young farmers in Ueda City.
Because these apples are naturally sweet and flavorful, they use minimal added sugar (sugar content: 30° Brix). It is used only apples harvested at the peak of the season, and production is limited to the spring from the winter.
It was carefully grated the seasonal apples and seal their full flavor into the jar.
