真田幸村ゆかりの地、真田地区の無添加生味噌です。
大豆に上田地方塩田産の「中千成(なかせんなり)」を使用。
甘みがあり、非常に舌触りが滑らかな、味噌に適した大豆となっています。
防腐剤等を使用しない無添加みそは、みそ本来の味と香りが楽しめます。
※生みそという商品の特性上、袋が膨らむ場合がございますが、品質に問題はありません。
